Before I started my business, I worked in a referral manager role within several large social care companies.

It was my responsibility to ensure every new client went from referral to admission as smoothly and quickly as possible. To do that I would continually review the client journey to ensure it was a positive experience, and that internally we had the processes to manage the journey.

Over nearly 8 years, I constantly reviewed what was working well (and not so well) so we could deliver a better experience for our clients. As a person who thrives on process, I successfully implemented multi-site client referral processes within two separate companies.

Today I use my knowledge and experience to support businesses to develop their own customer journey and business processes so they can grow effectively and consistently.

About Me

I live in Cheshire with my husband Rick and dog Barney. We are an outdoor family and love to head to the Peak District in our T25 VW camper van for weekends of walking and country pubs.

Friends describe me as open, honest and  friendly. Business colleagues say I work with integrity, I am caring and reliable.

When I am out of the office, I love cold water swimming and running to reset my body and mind; that of course means I can eat more cake too!
